LockIn helps you study from your own documents with PDF reading, highlights, notes, flashcards, multiple-choice questions, study guides, practice tests, progress tracking, document scanning, and optional user-key AI features.

Reporting A Problem

If something is broken, slow, confusing, or missing, please include:

• Your device model and iOS version
• The app version/build
• The screen you were on
• What you tapped
• What happened
• What you expected to happen
• A screenshot or screen recording, if possible

Common Questions

Does LockIn include study documents?

No. The app starts empty. You upload or scan your own documents and create your own categories.

Can I upload from Google Drive?

Yes, if Google Drive is available through the Apple Files app. Install Google Drive, enable it in Files, then choose Drive when uploading documents.

Does LockIn send my PDFs to a server?

LockIn is local-first. Your documents are stored on your device unless you export, share, back up, or enable iCloud sync (which syncs through your own private Apple/iCloud account, not a developer-hosted server).

Does the AI feature cost extra?

AI features are optional. You provide your own API key and are responsible for your own AI provider's usage and billing.

How does the Friends feature work?

You invite a specific friend with a link you send yourself. Once connected, you can send each other study challenges and messages, synced through your own private iCloud accounts.
